Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Promote marketing place for Magictap, helping to build go-to-market strategy for global business growth
  • Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic partners who may be key affiliate networks and publishers as well as other strategic channels. Contribute to the overall growth and profit of international business by expanding our partner ecosystem
  • Conducting country and market research for supporting international business strategy
  • Identify, rationalize, and define target market segments and channel strategy for international emerging Advertising business. For each segment and channel, define the business model, product offering, engagement process, and support/operations model to drive publisher adoption and business revenue growth
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case. Build and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial programs
  • Build strategic partnerships for international Ad business
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers

Our Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in an Advertising (Mobile/Display) or Account Management role
  • Must have any Engineering or MBA degree
  • General knowledge of ad networks and the online advertising industry
  • You have experienced working in night shifts and are willing to work in nightshifts again
  • Success in fast-paced environments, especially juggling multiple client deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional follow through discipline
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking
  • Ability to utilize common business concepts and write business proposals and reports
  • Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • You like to solve complex problems and are able to prioritize between different projects at the same time
  • You are a team player and don’t mind “getting your hands dirty“ to support others
  • You are passionate about mobile advertising and want to bring our business to the next level
  • You think big and have a passion for achievement
